Mission Statement
To preserve & enrich the heritage of the 13th District Agricultural Association and showcase agricultural industries to the community
To offer support to the 4-H and FFA youth projects through agricultural education opportunities
To create annual scholarship opportunities
To organize and coordinate the 13th District Agricultural Association Junior Livestock Auction and to develop other competitive programs & events
To maintain a standard of excellence in the facilities of the Yuba-Sutter Fairground and create capital improvement opportunities
To serve as an extension of the Yuba-Sutter Fair to accept charitable donations and grants
